Ah I was wanting to write this a LONG time ago (ok only 4 days but still) but my internet was down! Tada! Now Im back in action! Well we said goodbye to 2012, so I figure it only right to do a run down of last year and a preview of this year!
2012 wasn't a horrible year! I think I spent the most of the beginning of the year stressing about December 21 2012. Yes I was one of those paraniod people in the get go.. But I have a legitamit excuse, I have kids! It scares me beyond belief to think I couldn't do SOMETHING to protect my littles from danger. Thats a terrible phobia of mine! Well, then into the year a few months, I decided I wanted to go back to school, so the CNA program was a MUST.
Let me tell ya, I would never have thought I would ENJOY the elderly people! I made some great friendships from my fellow students, I got an insite on what the future would bring in this career choice, and made some special bonds with amazing residents! And let me tell you it was GREAT! Then I had to get my butt in gear and apply for the LVN program at the college since my amazing mother gave me the opprotunity to go back to school, daycare fees FREE!! And we had our friends Dainnie and Chooch's wedding to go to!! That was a blast in itself! Landin was pushing a year old at this point!!
June came around and it was Landins big one year old bash! We enjoyed some great moments with some amazing friends and family! We have such a great support group for our family! I am beyond thankful for these family members and our amazing friendships we have!
Then it was August. Summer was coming to a close. The 21st I would start school, a scary thing. And The 30th was the day my little princess turned a BIG THREE years old!! Agian a successful party with friends and family at our side.
September till the end of November I was in school 5 days a week. I spent many nights up until 1am, crying, stressing, laughing, and mainly studying for Pharmacology and Nursing Fundamental exams. In between the stressful days, I came home, cooked, cleaned, and bonded with my babies. We had All Hallows Eve to celebrate. We had a Turkey day to plan. I can tell you that I was ESTATIC when the first week of December rolled around.
December I spent relaxing. Lazy mornings on the couch with a cup of coffee and my babies at my side, watching cartoons and never changing out of our pajamas. The end of the month Santa and Mrs. Clause were busy getting ready for christmas time to spoil babies who have been great all year! We got a great visit by our amazing Uncle (brother) Cliff and Auntie (sister) Tara. And ended the year by spending a lot of time with my sister-in-law Samantha, sister Megan, and the girls Brookie and Phita. And we brought in the new year with a celebration at a friends house. Surrounded by kids and adults. The perfect way to do it!
Now with 2013 rolling in, I have a lot of goals and things to look forward to! In 7 months, I will be graduating, something I haven't done since 2005. I will be fulfilling my dream of being a nurse! My son will be turning TWO whole years old and my daughter will be 4 in August!!! She will hopefully be in a Pre-K class and mommy will hopefully get a job to help support my amazing family! I cannot wait to live a GREAT life this year!! So here is to 2013 being an AMAZING YEAR!!

Fun times..
So, a few nights back the babies were in the room playing.. I didn't think anything of it. As a mommy I dont worry about the mess their making cause they are kids and they are going to make a mess.. Well when daddy got home I told him to go check on them.. Next thing you know I hear a "MOM get in here!!" So I went running to her room! When I get there I see baby brudder and big sissy petting something in her hand.. I didn't know what it was, but it was small and black looking. Well once one and one clicked together, I realized Ri had went into the fish tank above the sink and grabbed her big fishy.. They were both tickled pink to be petting their fishy. Ughh so daddy took the fish back into the kitchen and placed it in it's tank.. Well the next morning I walked in to find the fish bottoms up.. Poor guy. Probably thee weirdest, freakiest, crazy, innocent thing that has ever happened!!..
A couple nights back we had our yearly Christmas tree lighting. Not only was it cold and Landin didn't want to sit still. But some parents these days don't know how to give respect and coutesy. Or to even teach it to their kids. We were sitting on the curb like normal. When a woman and her grown children went and stood out in the road and blocked my babies view. What a rude woman to say the least. So I placed my babies blanket off the sidewalk so they could see better. Then when candy was thrown out, these kids over 10 were out running and snatching candies from under my 3 year old. Nothing was said from the parents. I was disgusted.. And then to top it off, when they finally lit the tree, it looked like some teenagers toliet papered the tree, but instead of using toliet paper, they used lights.. it was hideous.. ugh.. But it is the season to be happy and Merry, so we did. We had a blast.. and there was PLENTY of people around enjoying it also. It makes my heart warm to see all the people who come out to these events.
So this week is gonna be busy! Today I spent 4 hours doing a cute sibling shoot! Can't wait to start adding them. Then I have a suprise/not so much a surprise wedding on Wednesday. A baby & 4 legged friend shoot Friday. And Saturday I have a baby xmas shoot too!!! Then Saturday night we go to Reno with some friends and family to the yearly Santa Crawl. It should be a blast!! And Sunday I come back to another shoot!! So much fun in sooo little of days!!
As for tonight, we are going to get Landin Bug a toddler bed... We will see how well he appreciates it. Haha. I will update later with pictures and how he is doing!!! Hope everyone is having a great week!!

Sunny Days...
So today was a sunny day when we woke up.. yesterday, not so much!! So yesterday we didn't do too much. Got big boy M.T after school and we went and visited Grandpa and Grandma.. on the way home we rescued a puppy that was running in the pouring rain down the middle of a busy street! Brought her home, bathed it, and found her owner. They were reunited!! Had some dinner and watched MIB 3.. then bedtime.. not too much to brag about yesterday! But today was a lot different..
Mike woke me up at 4:30am to some great kisses.. he later tells me he was leaving the house, when outside he decided that it was the sweetest thing that every night I cuddle up next to him in bed like a teddy bear... so he V-lined back into the house and gave me some goodbye loves!! Kids woke up and ate some breakfast.. Got them dressed and they decided to go outside.. this is what happens after it rains and they go outside...

I swear his sissy loves him.. she just thinks that mud on the head is a requirement! haha...
We went to the post office cause Mike & I can't keep track of 2 post office keys.. so now $40 later I get to get new keys! After that a quick trip to walmart and then back to Starbucks for a mommy drink.. Got up to pay my bill and the people ahead of me bought my drink! So nice of them... So what did I do, I paid it forward to the lady behind me.. 'Tis the season right?!
I love this month, more so than the rest.. The fire place having to be lit.. bright colorful lights showing off peoples christmas spirit.. the giving attitude.. <3 December is sooo my favorite!! Now on to cleaning the house while I force my 3 year old to nap... she's killin me smalls!!!

Oh December...
How I absolutely LOVE this month!! For starters, I now have a whole 32 days to spend at home with my family... no stress from school, no time to wake up, and no time away from my 2 precious babies!!
So first day, we decided once daddy got home from work we would go get a tree.. well on top of it almost being dark when we got there, the saw falls apart and the batteries in the flash light were DEAD.. UGHH.. Im thinkin to myself "Lets just go home!! Tomorrow we can go to wally world and grab a tree! Hey at least we had the experience of cutting RIGHT?!" Well I tuck the kids into the Jeep while waiting for the husband.. so Im yellin at him "Can you see us?! Marco!? (of course awaing a POLO)" Well here he comes, tree being pushed through it all!! He cut the tree, with his bare hands and the actually SAW portion of the saw...

What a man right?!
Then on the way home, we run into a hitch hiker.. I insisted *after reading on an online site how a woman's family was killed from a hitch hiker* that we just continued.. I knew it was bad and I really didn't want to, so Mike being the kind hearted man he is, he slowed down and realized he KNEW the guy!! Well he was stuck. Walked over an hour and a half to the road. No service. Just stuck in nasty weather, in the woods, in the dark! So I sqquueeezzeedd my fat ass into the middle of the back seat, in between my two kids.. ohh man! lol But so happy we were able to get him home safely! After we got home, we took the babies to see Rise of the Guardians.. amazing movie.. We then came home & put our lights on our tree... it was beautiful.. The lights were turned off, babies were in bed, we were heading to bed and he was lighting a fire.. I looked back and caught the most amazing picture...
MAN I love this month...
Today, after driving around staring at all the flooding of our small town...
We went to Reno to do some xmas shopping. The babies saw santa.. Santa took down their wishes. We then we to ToysRUs and made an addition list for Santa, while Santa secretly went behind us and picked up the wish list.. ohh that naughty santa!! The babies made out and mommy & daddy are super happy with the outcome!! =)
Oh December how you are a month to be grateful for!!!

... And then it started...
Today I realized that I spend a lot of time on facebook, and that instead of posting constantly on there maybe I should try to do a blog instead of updating facebook constantly. So here I am, the start of my new page. This will be where I can brag and boast about my family. Let you know all about the little things that have happened to me in my day. What all is happening in our family. And all the exciting things to come in our future!! So bare with me as I try to do this whole "blogging" thing!!
So this month has been a busy one. While on top of taking the Licence Vocational Nursing program in town, I am juggling being a great mommy and wife to my kids and husband! This month was that of a time to be thankful!
So this would be the main reason I am thankful.
I am so grateful I have these two healthy beautiful babies. I am also so very thankful that my in-laws were able to be up here to enjoy Turkey Day with us. We were ALL so very excited to spend 3 days together (even though the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I had finals).
Somethings I have learned this month is that my son, my baby, is NOT so much a baby anymore. It hit me smack in the face when yesterday, I asked him to go grab his wipes and diapers and told him where they were and to my astonishment he went, picked them up, and brought them back to me. And the icing on the cake was that my little man took his dirty diaper and threw it away!! Yup, no longer a baby!!!
My daughter is crazy smart. She tells me what colors things are. That green means go and red means stop. We were making brownies last night and she tells me that I had just put water and oil in and I needed my eggs. WOW! Soo much of this is in thanks to my mom who watches them and teaches them both SO much obviously!
So I guess I wont make this one oober long! But I will try to update this time and time throughout the month!!
Woowhoo Im a blogger!!
